We encounter the experience of grief when we confront a significant loss in our lives. While we often associate grief primarily with the loss of a loved one, it's essential to recognize that grief can occur for many reasons and different types of losses including a big life transition or even a change in a routine. Grief or bereavement therapy can be a powerful tool for those navigating loss—regardless of the nature of the loss. Every loss is impactful and deserving of our attention.
